I build complex B2B products for technical users in regulated and high-stakes industries. My recent work covers applied AI, industrial IoT and payments.
What do I do?
I’m a senior product manager with 8+ years building and scaling B2B products in industrial IoT, payments and blockchain analytics, and applied AI.
I do my best work on products where the users are technical and the product has to earn their trust before they act on it. At Shell, that meant machine-learning insight that equipment operators relied on to prevent failures. At Clavium, it meant risk scores that payment teams used to screen transactions.
My work covers the full product lifecycle: discovery and market sizing, product strategy, roadmaps and OKRs, and delivery with engineering teams. I also lead the internal change that gets new ways of working adopted, such as the company-wide AI working group I set up at Clavium.
I’ve line-managed up to four product owners and worked with engineering teams of up to 15 people.
